About London Bridge Insurance

At London Bridge Insurance, LLC, we believe insurance should still be personal.

Founded by Brian Castle, a longtime Lake Havasu City businessman and insurance professional, London Bridge Insurance was created with a simple purpose: to bring relationships, education, and genuine personal service back to the insurance industry.

Brian's roots in insurance run deep. His family has served the insurance needs of Arizona families and businesses for more than 50 years, and Brian previously built and owned a successful independent insurance agency of his own. During his prior agency ownership, he helped grow the business to more than $25 million in written premium, earning recognition for growth, customer retention, and loss-ratio performance while building lasting relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

After selling his agency and spending more than a decade away from the business, Brian made the decision to return — not simply to build another insurance agency, but to build one differently.

As an independent agency, our goal is to help individuals, families, and businesses understand their coverage, evaluate their options, and make confident decisions about protecting what they've worked so hard to build. We believe our clients deserve an agent they know, a phone call that gets answered, and someone who will be there when insurance matters most.
