A request is not confirmation that the requested transaction has been completed. Coverage is effective only when confirmed by an authorized representative or insurance carrier in accordance with applicable requirements.
Insurance companies rely on information provided by applicants and insureds when determining eligibility, pricing, and coverage. You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information and to promptly notify London Bridge Insurance of material changes that may affect your insurance. Inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted information may affect quotations, eligibility, premiums, coverage, or the handling of a claim.

Unless otherwise required by law, contract, lender, or carrier requirement, you are responsible for selecting available coverages, limits, deductibles, and options.
